Black Welsh Mountain Sheep

Black Welsh Mountain are an easy keeping breed with a natural resistance to disease.

As a hill breed they are used to upland grass but will adapt well to improved lowland management systems.

They are prolific and undemanding, hardy and self-reliant.

They produce premium quality, lean meat with an excellent meat to bone ratio and a full flavour.
