BWMSBA Virtual Show

Posted: 16th July 2020

In lieu of the Centenary Show which has, of course, had to be postponed, BWMSBA will be holding a virtual show, where animals will be judged using photographs.

Results will be announced after the 8th August. Please see the class categories below. There are no entry fees.

Please email photos to [email protected]. Closing Date for entries Thursday 30th July.

  • Photos must have a minimum file size of 500mb and ideally a maximum size of 2mb (otherwise my internet may struggle). Please send .jpg files.
  • Photos must have been taken this year.
  • All rams, with the exception of ram lambs, must be registered in the Flock Book
  • All photos must be of animals that are alive at the time of entry.
  • All photos must have been taken personally by the breeder/owner i.e. not taken by a professional.
  • Photos must not have been edited in any way that affects the look of the sheep. No colour filters.
  • By submitting photos, you are agreeing to BWMSBA using them in any promotional material as it sees fit.
  • All entries to be accompanied by your Pedigree flock number/flock prefix.
  • Only one photo for females.
  • For male single classes, please supply one side on photo and one taken from the front.
  • Photos must have been taken in 2020.
  • Animals may be trimmed or untrimmed – classes may be split to accommodate this dependant on entry number.
  • With the exception of the Young Handler classes, no people to be visible in the photos – this is necessary so that the images can be judged anonymously.
