Great Start to the Show Season for the Black Welsh Mountains.

Posted: 23rd May 2019

First big show of the season was a great one for the Black Welsh Mountains. The breed champion from Gwawr Hughes' Eryri flock, wowed in the Interbreed, finally standing reserve to a Kerry Hill. This homebred shearling ewe was sired by Fridd Winner and out of a Wenallt ewe. A great start!

Well supported classes, ably judged by Dyfed Rowlands.
(Hope to post full results once available).

Many thanks to all the volunteers who put together a great publicity stand for the Association.
