This year's Royal Welsh Winter was well supported by BWMSBA members as ever with a good number of pairs forward for judging. The judge, Mr Ian Davies, Bedlwyn Farm, New Tredegar sorted through the entries a picked a pair of ewe lambs from Miss Eryn Stephens as his winners.
Eryn (pictured above with her Dad) was delighted with her sucess, but decided not to offer the lambs for sale, opting instead to retain them for her breeding flock. Based at Garthbrengy, near Brecon, her Cwm Hafan flock was established in 2008 when Eryn was only 5 years old, with Foundation stock from the Fedw flock of Will Workman. Will's own entry was placed second in the class.
